Return Policy
It is my great hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are for damaged items only, so please choose carefully and if you have any questions about an album or an item, email mail@hollythrosby.com before you buy.

I do my best to package/protect things well so they won't get damaged, but if damage does occur during shipping you may return your item for a refund. Email mail@hollythrosby.com within 14 days of receipt of your item for more details on that.

In the instance of any refund:
You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on album packaging such as bent corners.
